Cohort Leadership Experience

Our Cohort Leadership Development experience leverages the power of individualized learning combined with the enriching experience of progressing alongside a peer. Over a span of three to five months, participants will engage in a series of meticulously designed, interactive leadership modules.

Our programs incorporate the profound insights from several leadership frameworks including "The Work of Leaders," "The Leadership Challenge," "Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team," and "Leading with EQ." These frameworks, each with its unique emphasis, collectively offer a holistic exploration into the multifaceted nature of leadership. By the conclusion of this series, participants will not only have a robust grasp of diverse leadership principles but will also have honed their personal leadership philosophy and navigated a tangible leadership challenge.

The Work of Leaders:

This model delineates leadership into three vital steps: crafting a vision, building alignment around that vision, and championing execution of the vision. It provides a structured approach towards understanding and embodying the core essence of leadership.

The Leadership Challenge:

Positing leadership as a learnable set of behaviors, this framework encapsulates Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. It empowers individuals to take on leadership challenges and drive impactful change within their organizations.

Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team:

Centered around building a cohesive and effective team, this model explores trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. It is instrumental in nurturing high-functioning teams that are aligned with organizational goals.

Leading with EQ:

This five-part leadership & team development course approaches emotional intelligence as one the most powerful and under appreciated set of skills and competencies required for exemplary leadership, healthy team dynamics, and long term organizational success. The course focuses on increasing a leaders emotional intelligence in the following four areas: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, & relationship management.

At the conclusion of this engagement, participants will emerge with an applied understanding of these foundational leadership frameworks, coupled with practical experience. They will be well-versed in DiSC behavioral diversity, managing conflict, and a myriad of other essential leadership tools and concepts.
